Key & Bench Programming


Key and security work is the most difficult to work on as these systems have security codes that are not easily available. Without the correct codes, even factory scanners cannot program keys or security ECU's to the car.

This is where bench programming is needed. What this does is allow us to read the ECU chip that are found on all control and security moduals. By benching the chip it allows security codes, chassis numbers and mapping files to be read so these units can now be repaired.

As all manufacturers only allow once only programming to their ECU's with the cars chassis numbers.

Dealers can only program new moduals back to their cars our bench programming allows us to repair moduals back to service and match the chassis number to the car we want to test or repair.


If todays modern car keys are lost some manufacturers wont allow any new keys to be programmed back to the car. They require an expensive process where the engine, body and immobilizer moduals need to be replaced then allowing new keys to be programmed. With bench programming we can offer a more cost effective alternative.

New keys can be programmed while keeping the original control units.
